Jarret Johnson

Jarret is a former NFL player that played in the league for 12 seasons. He was drafted in 2003 by the Ravens but also played for the San Diego Chargers during his career. He played for the Ravens from 2003-2011 and then played for the Chargers from 2012-2014 before retiring from the NFL.

To new beginings

After his time in the NFL, Jarret has been enjoying his time during retirement, but don't get it twisted, Jarret has done everything but lazing around. He still enjoys being active with activities such as hunting, fishing, working out, hiking, and even just spending time with his family.

Question 1 - Where were you born?
JJ - "I was born in Homestead, Florida."

Question 2 - What school(s) did you attend?
JJ - "I attended Chiefland High and then went to the University of Alabama to play football there."

Question 3 - What did you do after graduating?
JJ - "After graduating from the University of Alabama, I was drafted into the NFL by the Baltimore Ravens."

Question 4 - What was your first job?
JJ - "I worked at a marina in Cedar Key Florida for my very first job."

Question 5 - What do you like to do in your free time?
JJ - "I like to do anything outside and active including fishing, hunting, working out, hiking, grilling, and hanging with my family. I just like to do man sh*t."

Question 6 - What was your favorite moment from your time in the NFL?
JJ - "There has been a lot of great moments but I especially enjoyed whenever I got to go to war with my boys against a really physical team."

Question 7 - What is the best thing about being an NFL player?
JJ - "I loved being pushed to extreme limits, both mentally and physically on a daily basis within a team setting, constantly being challenged, facing adversity, and lastly, always having your boys there with you."

Question 8 - How would you describe Woobies in 3 words?
JJ - "Patriotic, passionate, and cool."

Question 9 - What are your goals and aspirations?
JJ - "My goal is to live each day to full speed, in a good mood and around quality people."

Question 10 - Is there anything else you would like to say to our veteran community and customers?
JJ - "I appreciate and respect any and everybody that has stood up to fight for our country while I was paid to play a game. Those men and women that have chosen to go to war are the finest people in our society."
